Morning can be a best part past of your day when it`s a day off or a weekend. But usually all of us stay in bed till 12 a.m. and then spend our time checking emails, instagram and etc. So, here are some of my tips of "how to be a morning person".
1. Sleep as much as you need to feel yourself good and ready for the day. But don`t oversleep, because it can make you make you feel tired.
2. Try to wake up with the positive thoughts. I think that this it`s really important. Just think about it. From Monday to Friday lots of people wake up thinking about how difficult their day is gonna be and how bad morning is.
So, when it`s your day off you don`t have to think about all of this stuff.
3.Turn on your favourite music and dance while making your bed. It will really help to wake up your body. And who loves morning exercises?
4. Eat whatever you like ( but no fastfood). It can be something healthy or something unhealthy but really tasty as puncakes. And don`t forget to drink a glass of water.
5. Have a quiet breakfast, take ur time, enjoy ur meal. But if you don`t feel like it, you can turn on your favourite music chanel and have fun while eatting. This is something we like to do whith my bestie when we have breakfast together.
